Outlook 2007:
the problem: user is writing an email and the system goes into 'fade' mode - the timer engages, the screen fades and he has to wait for it to come back to him - sometimes 5 to 10 minutes, sometimes never. If never, he has to cancel and restart Outlook, often losing the email he has just keyed.
any ideas?
