Hi guys, so I have written a macro to poll the support emails we get and look for keywords then dump out CSV files with specific bits of info per email which are then imported in to Excel for logging.
Now that bit works fine
I have then set up reply macros where the support person can reply to an email, click a button and it auto fills out the reply then sends it on.
What I would "like" to do is set it up so the support person can simply file the emails in to specific folders based on the type of request, once finished a macro can be run to auto reply with the correct response then move the mail out to a processed folder.
Does anyone have this code already? I can write it if not but I figured why reinvent the wheel :).
