Any reasons why Option group is not autopopulating data into a blank text field?

I've created 2 options groups that automatically populate 2 separate blank text boxes. Yesterday both option group boxess were functioning well and popluting prices in both text boxes. However, today one of the option groups is unable to auto-populate data into one of the blank text field box. Is there any reasons why this is happening? And how this can be resolved?
