Solved: Populate combo box

I would like assistance populating a combo box base on another combo box selection. I attach detailed instruction on the sheet to describe what I'm trying to accomplish.

I added five named dynamic ranges to represent the Employee Expense List columns.

I also didn't know what you wanted in the Delete button.
