View Full Version : Solved: Remove Zero Calculated Rows from Pivot Table

I am using Excel 2007. I have a pivot table (see attached) that is derived from 2 separate data tables. The data tables are the same with the exception of source (open vs. paid invoices). This data is queried weekly and summarized to determine those with balances still remaining. I do this by automatically calculating the amount differences inside of the pivot table.

The issue is that I'd like to filter out those with a zero balance and the pivot table doesn't allow filtering on that column. :help

Thanks for any assistance!

YOu need to select the cell to the right of the final heading, and then you can use Data>Filter to add a filter, and filter the values as standard.
