Need help with "DDE Initiate, Request, Execute" VBA code

Hi, I am using Excel as a "server" and Access as a "client", and trying to figure out how to establish a DDE, RTD, or OLE connection (whichever is most efficient and least stressful on RAM, and system resources) between the two so the Access record/field updates dynamically with changes in Excel. I have illustrated an example in the following link to try to clarify this further. Thanks!
