Do Locked property works beyond True/False?

Possible Values in Column(7) (Value List) : AwaitingFxRate; NonTradeable

How come the user has given the Locked property to that column? Do Locked property work beyond True/False?

Yeah- the locked property is for objects on a form- it locks the object to user interaction.
