Hi,
I need to recovery my Gateway Vista Home Premium to its factory condition. I need to wipe out everything installed earlier. One time I reinstalled the Operating System Disc that came with the notebook and when I reinstalled it, it also saved previous version of my windows as Windows.old. I want to delete that also. I heard that the factory restoration is present in my notebook as hidden. Can someone help me how to perform factory default?
I tried the Advanced Boot Options but I didn't see the option that says "Repair Your Computer", therefore I can't get to the "System Recovery Option".
FYI, this has also been posted at utteraccess.com. Thanks.
