Get MSFLEXGRID tooltiptext property for VBA

Hai all,

I am using userform with flexgrid in VBA
I want to use TOOPTIPTEXT property of MSFLEXGRID

but there is no TOOLTIPTEXT property in VBA but visual basic there is

how can i get TOOLTIPTEXT property in VBA

Please Help
