Upoload to Google site

I am attaching an image which is for Downloading from Google sites.

I want to do the same ie I want to upload a file on google site and whwn when other people will download it they will see the page in the given fashion.

Can anyone help me to teach me to upload files in the shown manner?

i dont think its possible to upload files to google directly i might be wrong tho

but i dont understand you very well do you mean uploading image to google as in drop an image and it searches info about that specific picture?
