Calculated field keeps displaying incorrect results in negative number formats???

Hi all, I've created a form were the user select from 2 different combo boxes which display in blank texts fields the prices and auto-calculates the prices in totals field. However, the prices desplay negative results i.e -4.00...I've written an AND clause in my expression. Is there something I can do so the results display the correct results.

Is it the expression that causes the "-" or the field's "Format"?

I used the same expression for a standard item select from a combo box to a quantity text box and it displayed the correct result. If it could be the "format" of the field. What could I change to make sure that the number is displayed correctly?

Have you checked the Field's "Format" property?
Can you post and example database in Access 2003 format?

The database is in 2007 format

Is it possible to send it as a 2007 version?
