Macro To Add Grades Into System

Hi,

I am trying to develop a macro that will allow me to add strand marks into a specific sheet. I have attached the file with comments as to what needs doing. I don't even know where to start with this as I have tried a number of things. The comments are on the Add Marks Sheet.

If anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated.
