Excel 2007 - Can vba display the MenuFloaties mini toolbar?

I'm canceling the right click menu in the rightclick sheet event and displaying my own and am wondering if there is anyway I can add the mini formatting toolbar, (that sits above the menu), I believe its called something like MenuFloaties
