Solved: Someone hide the codes?

I received a file from someone, and this file contains some scroll bars. When I tried to go to view codes to look at a scroll bar, I don't see the codes there. I'm pretty sure I'm at the right place.

nevermind i found it. This person configured the scroll bar using the properties.
