Auto fit cell without using MACRO

Hi All,

I have a worksheet, where in Cells, I have a dropdown of 100 values. I can make multiple selections. The problem is when I make multiple selections then cell data is not AutoFit. Also the restriction is that I can't use Macro to solve this problem.

Any suggestions.
