Convert Word to Excel, or the other way

Hi, I require two different formats, a word file and an excel file. Basically the data is the same in these. What I need is that I just prepare only one, and I need to create the another one with a macro, without putting in the data one by one again into another.

I don't mind if it is either way. Word to Excel or Excel to Word.

If you maintain the data in Excel, you can use a Word mailmerge to extract the data in whatever format you require. No vba (macro) required.
