Hi,

This is not a VBA question.
This is not a conditional format question.

Home --> Number --> More Number Formats --> Custom

I know that I can create a custom number format based on the value of number.

For example: The fromat
[Red][<=2]0 ; 0

If I input 1, the cell will show 1
If I input 3, the cell will show 3

Question:

Is it possible to create a custom number format (not conditional format) to show all value less than 3 as bold text, likes showing 1 as 1 ?

Thanks

As far as I know, that is not possible.

http://www.ozgrid.com/Excel/CustomFormats.htm

Has a table on it with all possible formats.

And this is the Microsoft info.

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/excel-help/create-or-delete-a-custom-number-format-HP001216503.aspx

So it is not possible just like this. Or someone knows something no one knows...
