Lookup values AND Subtotal

Hello
I have the following three columns in sheet1

Total Header1 Header2
20 A B
10 C D
10 A B

I need to pull up values in sheet2 which is as follows

Total Header1 Header2
30 A B
10 C D

basically it is subtotal.

Code you guys provide a formula or a macro for this.

Sort it, Data>Sort, and sum it, Data>Subtotal.
