I am an administrative assistant for my company. We have contracts that come in templates. Those templates have several sections where you might chose to have phrase A, B or C displayed. It there a way where I can open the template and create a prompt that will ask me how I want to fill in those corresponding variables and the changes will just be made automatically?
Otherwise, right now, I'm scrolling down there and manually chosing the phrases/numbers that should be in those variable parts.
