Is it possible to only give select people access to a sheet in a work i.e. if I wanted John Williams to have access sheet1 but hide it from anyone else who tries to access it? but everyone is still allowed access to sheet 2

can u tell me where password to be given in macro
will it be visible to anybody who see it
if yes than how to hide it?

As explained in an earlier question, if you throw up a userform with a textbox, the textbox has a passwordchar property which you can set, and it echoes that back rather than what is entered.
