Send and File button Outlook 2003

I was able to create a "Send and File" button on Outlook 2003, but now the regular "Send" button also becomes a "Send and File" function, so I have essentially two "Send and File" buttons and no regular "Send" button. Anybody have this problem and fixed it? thanks for your help
