Word automatically anwser?

Can i do so my script / macro auto automatically answer yes to the this pop up in word i.imgur.com/IRep4.png

It says the document can’t be saved with macros, so it won’t me to accept what it will be saved without macros

Can i get it to say yes to this pop up automatically?
