I have a mail merge document (like the sample attached).
I have several options, I can either print it normally, OR if I want to e-mail fax it I can print it to the "Faxmaker" printer, that is set up. If I select faxmaker printer and hit print, it automatically opens a new Microsoft outlook mail message where in the "To:" field I would enter in the fax number.
My question is this, is there a script or something that I can use to take the fax number out of the mail merge document and insert it into the "To:" field in MS outlook?
