Hello All,

I am not an Excel Guru. But I believe I can do a dynamic chart like this by using the Query, Pivot Table and Pivot Charts. If the data will be connected to a web data source, you have to use External Data Source abilities of Excel. The rest of it is pretty easy...

I'd advice you to make a research on Excel Web Queries...
