To all the best - my first time here.
Since the inspector class cannot retrieve item details unless the item is opened. How is it possible to capture the item details from the "currentitem" when it is presented via the "new mail" event, which by definition means it has not been opened yet. Is it the case that I must use the itemadd event or the redemption "new mail" event.
