Converting Euro Number Format using Substitute Command

Hi everyone. Bit of a head scratcher here after day of converting pdf files to excel. I need to convert the euro number format to uk format and have been trying the substitute command. It seems to work on most of the numbers except ones ending in zero. i have attached an extract showing the incorrect values in cells h7 h9 etc. Is there a better way of doing this?

Put 10 in H1, and copy it.

Select H7:H16.

Home>Paste>Pastespecial, and click the Multiply option in the Operation set.

Clear H1.
