View Full Version : Emailing individual documents as PDF

I am fairly proficient at VBA (mostly with excel) but was wondering if anyone has done anything similar to this. I would like to generate individual documents as PDF and email them to the intended recipient. I am expecting to do this from mail merge and would source the email address from the mail merge data file. Does anyone have any experience of doing something like this that I can use as a starting point?

Paul,

I am probably "not" as proficient with VBA as you are and I stand behind the village idiot when it comes to anything associated with mail merge.

That disclaimer aside, I just published a Word Invoice template that among other things includes a process for e-mailing the invoice as PDF attachment to the customer.
