Missing Sequential Number In Station Column

I did a conditional formatting for Station Column but that is not what I wanted. Each line should start from station 5000 until 5088. How do you show the missing sequential numbers on Station Column? I tried to copy a sample data here but it makes my new thread empty so I'm attaching a sample data.
