Hi,
I have 2 workbooks where one is on a desktop PC the other a remote server, Data from the Desktop PC needs to get transferred across to the one on the server.
Is it possible to automate it so the server based workbook can be remotely opened, have the data pasted into it then save and closed by means of a botton on the PC workbook.
I am able to transfer data by means of a buttton when the 2 work books are on the same pc and same folder location.
If it is possible how would one go about this in VBA.
I have searched for this but did not find anything.
