Hi dears
how could i count the perfect weight to body
especially we know the average to perfect weight
should be 22.5 and what plus to 25 or minimal to 20 that is ok
but if more than 25 that be fat and if low of 20 that be very thin
so how can i know the perfect weight

Use a search engine and look for "Excel BMI".

I'm guessing you wanna know your BMI... Which means Body Mass Index... just search it.

Weight (in Kilograms) / Lenght (In Metres)^2

So lets say I weigh 90 kilogram and am 1.9 metres long...
So my BMI would be: 90/ 1.9^2 = 90/3.61 = 24.93

So this means you'd be close to being a little overweight, but you still have a healthy BMI...

What search engine did you use? Yahoo, Google and the others show way too many to post here which is why I said to do it.

Metric Units: BMI = Weight[kg] / ( Height[m] x Height[m] )
English Units: BMI = 703 x Weight[lb] / ( Height[in] x Height[in] )
