Hi Jack,

Don't have powerpoint in front of me at the moment. But can you right-click it and go to it's properties? Then is there a checkbox for Print in there? Or Print Control?

I have done that and have found nothing like that.

Thanks

How about Tools -> Options -> Print -> Print inserted items.

Is that checked?

With PPT, I think your only option is to disable the default Print menu option and force the user to print from a custom menu item or button on the slide.

When the user prints, have your menu or click event change the .Visible property of the control to False, print the document(s), and then change the .Visible property back to True.
