I need help to build a formulae that will help determining the number of calls or claims each person can handle per day.


Service Rep

1) 7.5 hours work day, each call average approximately 3 to 5 minutes per call. Average 4 minutes per call
2) 10 minutes per hour waiting on a call = 1 hr 15 minutes per day waiting on a call
3) Total working time of 395 minutes per day divided by 4 minutes average time per call, each CSR can handle approximately 90 to 100 call per day

Claim Adjustor

1) 7.5 hours work day, each call average approximately 4 to 7 minutes per call, Average 5 minutes per call
2) 15 minutes per waiting on a call = 1 hr 52 minutes per day waiting on a call
3) Total working time of 360 minutes per day divided by 5 minutes average time per claim, each adjustor can handle approximately 60 to 70 claims per day.

Try

=7.5*60*5/6/4

and

=7.5*60*3/4/5

Gee, thanks, I had something along the lines but i was not getting the correct calculations. This is perfect. It works out great and the results are what we needed.
