Ribbon Customizations dont show up in 2010

I recently upgraded to office 2010, All my custom ribbons do not show up when Word is started. Does anyone know the location for startup or settings that need to be checked off?? I am runing WIN 7

Thanks, I did a little reading on that and stumbed on to my problem. After installing 2010 I went to the AddIn- Manage and navigated to the Default startup location for 2007 (ie C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\STARTUP) checked off the .dotm files I wanted to use. They were immediately available for that session but when Word was started again you would have to go back through the whole process again. Moving them to the Office14 folder fixed the problem.
