I'm an idiot. I never could get these right.

In the attached file, there's selected cells.

I've got a conditional format already set, but it don't work!

What do I want?

If the "invoice" is over 7 days old, I want all 3 cells (or the entire row--I don't care) yellow (or chartreuse, I don't care).

So, basically, once the formatting is set, then the last record's cells should be filled.

Don't use Absolute References for the Row in your Conditional Formatting Formula. Use $B2 instead of $B$2.
