Help with an automated e-mail macro

I am trying to come up with a macro that will select the last modified file folder (or the one with the latest date entry), select the file contained within (it will always be named IMG.pdf), attach it to an e-mail and send it. I'm sure the recorded macro will work for the last bit but I have no clue how to tell vba to look for the file.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

What is the scope of "the last modified file folder" -- every folder on your hard drive? Every folder on a network drive? Something else?
