Is it possible to add a new field on a form that doesn't exist in a table?

Hi experts, is it possible to add a new field with the click of a button on form, if the particular field hasn't been created or exists in a table? Would a requery suffice to perform this action? Is this possible to do, if so how can this be done?

Hi,

you need a new unbound control (= without referencing a table field) in the form? for what?
Or you need a new field in the table, and a control reporting values from the new field?

Can you tell something more please?
