On Sheet1 I have data table (like Name, Surname, Address, Data input date, Payed money).
I need to make some user form on Sheet2 with possibility for user to filter data by criteria and criterias range (name, surname, adress, data input date, payed money).
For example: I need to know who payed money on period from 2011.01 till 2011.05. So I need some user form with filtering possibilities.

p.s. sheet1 will be hidden.

Any ideas?

Autofilter can do that, why do you need the form?

I have a task for my homework to do it. I know that autofilter can do that, but I need to make own filter form for user on another sheet :(

I dont ask you to do my homework for me, I just asked for suggestions on how to do it. In any case, I have used the solution for this task - SUMIFS function. Thanks :)
