Solved: Outlook VBA

Wondering if other people may run into this problem with Outlook 2003 running on a Vista 64bit machine. The problem that I am having is that some of the functions like UCase and LCase are not found in the Outlook VBA library?? As far as I know, all the references are checked to include those functions.

Everything is ok now. Don't know why/how, as soon as I installed Access, all the native Functions started to work.
