Why do I receive that fields do not exist on form or report?

I received this error message when I tried to open a form. "The record source 'Select Distinct [Venue] As Expr2, qrySearchCrireiaSub.[Location], qrySearchCriteriaSub.[Title], qrySearchCriteriaSub.[AreaC...' specified on this form or report does not exist." Even though these fields names appear in my table and query...can someone explain to me what I need to do to resolve this issue so that this message doesn't appear and the form will be able to work properly?
