How to make a menu item appear

We are trying to use a VBA Macro from Word 2003 in Word 2007. We are looking to get a New Menu item to show up every time a person opens MS Word. In 2003, this menu always appeared on the top (under Add-Ins). In 2007 you have to enable the Macro for the menu item to appear every time MS Word is open.

Any suggestions how to rectify this?

You just place your source file in word startup folder path. It enables your menu to appear in all word document.
