Exporting or Importing from 2 separate databases which is better?

I have 2 separate access 2010 databases. I would like to take tables, queries and a report from database 1 into database 2. Is it better to import all the tables, queries and reports from database 1 into database 2, or export the tables, queries and reports of database 1 into database 2?
