merging worksheet with forced repetition

I found this code which can merge all worksheets in an excel doc. However i want some worksheets to be repeated, details of which are given in "SUMMARY" page.

Summary page has sheet names in column-A & no. of times it repeat in Column-B.
Please help to modify this code for forced repetition:
