Is it possible to create a query to display an average of a subset of items?

Hi experts, I would like to Create a query showing the average sales and profits for a subset of companies (http://www.wiseowl.co.uk/training/exercises/ex-1021.htm). Is it possible to do this? If so, is there a way I can approach this? Do you have any examples, websites, articles, books or pesonal experices how I can do this?

Yes there is a way.

You will learn a lot by trying to figure it out on our own. Experiment! I learn a lot just from the help file.

What have you tried?

Download the zip file. Extract Wealth.accdb and open it. Use the Query Designer to construct the query with the "Biggest companies" table as its data source.
