Top 20

I have a pivot table. In column A are brokers names. In column B is the total buys for each broker. In column C is the total sells for each broker. In two separate columns not attached to the pivot table, i would like to make a top 20 list recording the top 20 brokers with the highest buys and the top 20 brokers with the highest sells. Is there a way to reference the pivot table, and make an excel formula that will generate the highest 20 buys and sells out of all the brokers? And everytime i would refresh the pivot table, i would essentially like the top 20 buy and sells to be updated.

Why not just have buttons to sort by Buy column or by Sell column?

thanks, yes i am just gonna make pivot tables based on my original data and sort them in descending order.
