"Freeze" some rows with highlighting

I have a pivot table in which column A has broker names and column B has buys, in descending order. Is there a way to highlight only the first top twenty rows. Essentially i want to "freeze" the highlighting to the top twenty cells. Is there a way to do this?

Nevermind, I figured it out. You go to conditional formatting and create a new rule depending on what you want to be highlighted!

Actually, conditional formatting does not stay when the pivot table is refreshed...any other ideas?
