Embed a picture using Code

I'm trying to setup a button where someone can embed a picture in a form. The problem I have (at least this case) is that I would like to have the button open up a windows search box, the operator select the file they want and have it automatically drop the file path in the Picture field in the design of the form. Any ideas?
