Hello,
i'm using excell 2010. Is it possible to do not allow empty cells when using validation on input?
The user must select/use input from a table. This works fine but if the user deletes the input (empty cell) there is no message that this is not allowed.

Uncheck the Ignore Blank checkbox.

Hmmmm i see what you mean you can still clear contents regardless of validation.

Maybe try a different approach like...

Georgiboy,

this approach is not possible. There are 373 valid values and sometimes you have to copy them.

Xld,

if you press the delete button the value is gone (cell is empty).

Ah yes, I see it now. I was using the Backspace key.
