Hi all..

I have to save down emails as 'approvals' - they contain numbers to be raised as credit notes.

They come in one currency e.g. USD, and I have to convert them to EUR using a read only excel template I have.

The two are then saves as PDF and merged using a separate program.

It would be amazing if I could put a macro into outlook to do the following, but not sure if it possible (using Excel 2007)

1. Click 'Export approval' with the current mail selected
2. Userform presented to fill in (currency, period)
3. Userform data is fed to the read only template behind the scenes (named ranges from input cells on Userform)
4. The read only template (now complete) is merged with the mail and the two are printed as one PDF?

This would save hours every week but not sure how to work it... :/

I know excel has the option to SaveAs PDF (which is same as publish i think) but not sure how to combine this with outlook mails - and merge the two?
