I am seeking help to have VBA macros to calculate additional loading from loading value sheet to Calculation Data sheet.

Sample sheet is attached for your easy reference.

Can any one help me to write a VBA macro to apply additional amount (%). I have one sheet named Loading Values which have % values in each cells. Based on class and age it will add the % amount.

For Excess Amount OR Discount:
Example. i want to give add amount for column NIL A5 i.e VIP class.
So the calculation will be like this C3:10 i will add 10% i.e. 50 +1.25% = 51.


Excess Amount OR Percentage
Example. i want to give add amount for column R5 (5%) i.e VIP class.
So the calculation will be like this C3:10 i will add 1.21 i.e. 50 +1.25% = 51.

Note: i can add both or any one or leave it blank.


Optical & Dental
But for dental and optical limit the calculation will be on class, Age & relation (Employee, Child & Spouse)
