Adding a new line

Hello, i'm sorry for any mistake i'm new here...

I want to create a macro that adds a new line to my list, can you help me?

Better explanation:
I have a list with checkboxes in it; i need the macro to take the first line and copy it at the end of the list, adding a new line. I need the checkboxes to be copied too.

What sort of checkboxes, where did you copy them from?

I did the boxes...
i want to do a macro to add allow user to enter a new line, at the end of the list .
The boxes can be simply copied...
The problem is how to take an empty lline and paste it at the end of the list...
